Mark R. Cruise, MDiv, founder and Principal of Free Clinic Solutions, has 16 years experience in the Free and Charitable Clinic sector, including 9 years as Executive Director of the Virginia Association of Free Clinics.

Julie Darnell, PhD, MHSA is an assistant professor in the School of Public Health at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She wrote her dissertation on the Free Clinic sector and has established herself as the nation’s foremost researcher on Free Clinics.

Janet Crawford, MBA, MHA, a hospital administrator for more than 20 years, is an accomplished and sought-after coach, trainer and public speaker, particularly for leaders in healthcare and human services.

Celeste Newcomb, MBA, formerly Executive Director at Centre Volunteers in Medicine in State College, Pennsylvania, is now an Instructor in Health Policy and Administration at Penn State. She also does grant writing and development consulting.

Marisa Barnes has more than 20 years experience in healthcare and human services in nonprofit, for-profit, and government settings. She specializes in pharmacy/medication access initiatives and clinic efficiency and effectiveness.

Amy Forsyth-Stephens, MSW has 28 years of nonprofit leadership and development experience, primarily in the Mental Health and Free Clinic sectors. She now consults in the areas of capacity building, development, and fundraising.

Pat Young, MS, RD has worked in many communities and organizations, in both rural and urban settings, successfully developing health programs that have had a dramatic impact on quality of life. Her particular area of expertise is Federally Qualified Health Centers.
