We recognize that Free Clinics play an increasingly important role in state and community efforts to improve access to care for the growing number of people who are uninsured, underinsured, or underserved.
We believe Free Clinics deserve access to professional counsel and consultation from a firm that has people who understand the sector and have worked in it.
We strongly affirm the role and ongoing development of state, regional, and national Free Clinic Associations (FCAs).
We support growth, innovation, and quality improvement in the Free Clinic sector.
We understand that continuing education and professional development of boards, executives,
managers, and volunteers are integral to maintaining the strength of Free Clinics and FCAs.
We endorse efforts to conduct further study, analysis, evaluation, and research on Free Clinics.
We believe that Free Clinics, like other 501c3 nonprofit organizations, must aspire to the highest levels
of service to clients, functioning of management and governance, and accountability to the public.
We advocate for the advancement of Free Clinics as long as people lack access to the health care they need.
